AMCon's full-time staff is made up of a team of professionals each possessing the skills required to execute our basic business functions of Administration & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Research & Development and Project & Production Management.


.: John R. (Jack) Davies – President & CEO :.

Jack founded AMCon in the fall of 1998. His initial focus was to address the legacy conversion requirements of Lockheed Martin Naval Electronic and Surveillance Systems (Syracuse). Jack's career in computer services and software began in the early 1960's with IBM. He was the founding CEO of Systemhouse Ltd. in the 1970's and the founder of ActiveSystems, Inc. in the 1980's.


.: Mark A. Gustavson – Vice President Sales & Marketing :.

Mark came to AMCon in August 2000 with the mandate to direct the Sales & Marketing initiatives for the AMCon group of companies. His background includes sales and marketing management positions with specialty contractors and computer distributors. Prior to joining AMCon, Mark held the position of Director of Strategic Development for Ryan Communications - a marketing firm specializing in programs for technology-based companies.


.: Dale Lancaster – Vice President of Research & Development :.

Dale has been with AMCon Research since its inception. His expertise is evidenced through the development of AMCon's industry leading products and processes. Dale's qualifications include the design and development of all AMCon proprietary solutions.


.: Karen Milton – Production Manager, Canada :.

Karen has over 10 years experience in computer-assisted document conversion and has been with AMCon since its inception. Her main focus is the execution of production logistics for AMCon Canada. Her qualifications include the expertise and experience required for the successful organization and management of multiple production facilities.


.: Sara Davies – Production Manager, US Commercial :.

Sara has over 8 years experience in computer-assisted document conversion and has been with AMCon since its inception. Her main focus is the execution of production logistics for AMCon US. Her qualifications include the expertise and experience required for the successful organization and management of multiple production facilities.
